β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, team environment with internal and external contacts at all levels. β’ Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with ability to apply modern technologies, concepts, & functionality to solve problems and implement solutions. β’ Working knowledge of email server technology, email security frameworks, and anti-spam technology. β’ Google Workspace application and email administration. β’ Working knowledge of DNS, Firewall, WAF, and VPN network technologies. β’ A solid Ops foundation β you are always thinking, βwhat happens if this failsβ when you build things. β’ Logical and creative thinker. β’ Familiarity supports firewall, WAF, and VPN network technologies. β’ Experience with Amazon Web Services and background working with AWS services (EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, RDS). β’ Available for after-hours support when necessary. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
