Description

• Responsible for the success and retention of a portfolio of home care customers • Build relationships with home care agencies and drive referrals • Track and analyze account results • Increase revenue and improve customer retention • Educate customers on value and best practices • Resolve invoice disputes and maintain data accuracy

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience • Experience in the senior care industry or relevant experience • Strong track record of servicing a broad portfolio of indirect channel partners • Proven problem-solving abilities • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Excellent customer service, coaching, and training skills • Ability to independently organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel for conferences as needed
