Description

• Adapt plans and priorities to address challenges and provide technical guidance. • Manage warranty costs and resolve systematic product gaps. • Lead task forces for equipment problem resolution and minimize recurrence. • Ensure customers receive necessary software technical assistance and updates. • Provide documentation, training, and assistance in customer installations, troubleshooting, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software support engineer, application engineer, software developer, or related occupations. • Alternately, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent with 2 years of experience will be accepted. • Experience with Factory CIM applications like MES, process control (FDC, SPC, R2R), Equipment Automation, Material Control, and Maintenance Management. • Skills in continuous improvement methodologies including 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5-Whys. • Project management experience is preferred.
