• Own and manage the UK market when it comes to sales and marketing • Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth with new and existing customers • Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with partners to optimize their advertising investment • Generate bottom-up business plans to define strategies and tactics • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects (Mobile UA, Mobile, and Desktop Re-Targeting, CTV, DOOH, DSP as a SAAS, Location-based user’s targeted programmatic buying) • Own content management in CRM to keep pipeline and opportunities up-to-date
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or related field, OR equivalent work experience • Minimum 5 years experience in direct media sales, preferably in Direct response and/or Media Agencies in mobile • Solid experience in the UK market • Proven experience calling clients directly or in tandem with agencies to maximize partnerships • Strong understanding of DSPs and SSPs ecosystem • Vast range of existing relationships and contacts with Media Agencies and DRs • Highly motivated team player with a passion for sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets in past position • Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment • Diligent work ethic, creative, and confident • Capacity to perform independently and proactively while working on a team
