Description

• Lead Infrastructure Specialist at Argano manages and maintains infrastructure stability, performance, and security. • Plan, design, and implement infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. • Oversee installation, configuration, and support of infrastructure. • Assess and recommend infrastructure upgrades or changes for improved performance. • Lead infrastructure projects and provide technical guidance to the team. • Resolve escalated infrastructure issues. • Supervise and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists and technicians.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field expected. • Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred. • From 5 - 10 years of experience in infrastructure positions/services • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure components. • Experience in infrastructure management. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, Azure, AWS) is beneficial. • Previous experience working with multiple projects. • Architectural Design: Ability to create infrastructure architecture documentation. • Advanced Security: Implementation and management of advanced security measures. • Performance Optimization: Proactively optimize infrastructure performance. Capacity planning and resource optimization. • Project Leadership: Lead standard infrastructure projects from conception to completion. • Emerging Technologies: Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to infrastructure. • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders and management. Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic infrastructure issues. Basic problem-solving skills in a team environment.
