• Shift: Night Shift • Responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. • Perform activities with accuracy and meet service level requirements. • Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions. • Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately. • Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables. • Communicate issues or queries for quick resolution. • Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word• Strong verbal/written communication in English• Strong analytical and problem solving ability• Detail and quality minded• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
