Description

• Conducts Business Development and Capture Management activities for assigned or suggested opportunities. • Participates in planning, pipeline reviews, solution development... • Supports and takes direction from the Proposal Manager throughout the proposal process. • Meets deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval. • Conduct project coordination tasks by managing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, making sure the resources are aware of deadlines and tasks that they are responsible for. • Monitors Government procurement sites for potential opportunities. • Document Opportunity Management using SharePoint experience. • Contributes to proposal graphics development.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (Required) • BS(Preferred), and/or 8 years of direct experience in lieu of a degree. • Understanding of the Federal market and Government proposals. (GovCon Required) • Understands and has experience with using the Shipley process. • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to plan project timelines, manage resources, and keep track of multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Proficiency with creating graphic depictions for proposal content. • Documentation and layout skills are required. • Understands win themes, proposal concepts, and the business development lifecycle. • At least five years of experience writing proposal volumes for responses to Government solicitations or participating in opportunity capture. • At least five years of experience generating content for new business development materials. • Ability to express complex technical solutions with concise, compelling, and high-impact messaging.
