• Richardson RFPD is looking for an experienced Technical Field Sales Representative to engage with customers across our state markets to create demand for our suppliers’ products. • Primary responsibility is to build & maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Richardson RFPD partners, creating demand for Richardson RFPD products by proactively offering engineering and supply chain solutions. • Has a fundamental understanding of all of Richardson RFPD solutions and is able to match those solutions to customer business needs. • Executes on solution selling through a working knowledge of Richardson RFPD's supply chain solutions and design processes.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. • Must have a strong understanding of the territory you will be working in • Must have working industry knowledge • Must have a drive to succeed • Semiconductor Sales experience • Distribution Rep experience • Manufacturers Rep experience • OEM Rep experience
