Description

• We are seeking a hands-on Director of Product to lead our AI Assistant team, driving both creator productivity and product-led growth strategies to increase product retention and adoption. • Working closely with our authoring, media, and growth product teams and partners across design, engineering, data, and marketing, you'll help shape the future of AI-powered workplace course creation. • Role Context: Initially manage one direct report while working directly with a dedicated scrum team • Balance strategic leadership and coaching with hands-on product execution and IC-level ownership • Navigate complex strategic decisions and model exceptional communication in this rapidly evolving area of our product and organization

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, including 3+ years managing and hiring teams. • 5+ years building AI-powered experiences, with significant recent work (1+ years) in generative AI applications • Outstanding executive presence with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communication • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing high-performing product managers, with experience adapting processes in fast-paced environments • Proven track record in B2B product-led growth, ideally with creator tools • Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks • Data-driven mindset with expertise in defining success metrics and driving decisions through both qualitative and quantitative insights • Proven ability to drive adoption and expansion while creating simple, beautiful, and elegant user experiences that feel like magic to customers
