Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management and/or growth marketing in B2B SaaS environments. • 3+ years of experience leading a product team dedicated to product-led growth. • Strong analytical abilities to gather and use data for business cases. • Proven experience with experimentation design, A/B testing, and optimization methodologies. • Outstanding ability to communicate complex concepts through simple language and clear visuals. • Proven track record managing and influencing diverse stakeholders including C-level executives. • History of leading cross-functional teams and influencing others. • Expertise with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude. • Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques.
