Description
• Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making • Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines • Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards • Support business users with training and onboarding to BI solutions • Set and follow best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards • Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues • Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar • Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions • Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations • Proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must • Proficiency with Python – an advantage • Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management - an advantage • Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player • Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent) • Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
