Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance and Accounting Associate to join our finance team. • This position is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and financial analysis, ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to the company’s strategic financial operations. • As a Senior Finance and Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a preference for experience in a senior or supervisory role. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams. • CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not required). • Must be able to work night shift in Philippine time (US-based clients)
