Requirements
• Passion and commitment to our nonprofit’s mission and values. • Strong teamwork skills, comfortable in a highly collaborative and dynamic team culture. • High professionalism, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery. • Fluency in spoken and written English, additional languages are an asset. • Experience in handling ambiguity, simplifying requirements, and distilling use cases down. • Good problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. • 3+ years of data analysis experience. • High proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI. • Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical methods effectively. • Strong fundamentals of working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.). • Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data.
