Description

• Lead key areas of Availity’s product portfolio • Oversee transactional and workflow solutions • Maintain strategic partnerships • Drive operational excellence and collaborative success • Develop and execute product strategy • Ensure cross-functional alignment for product delivery • Build commercially viable products and go-to-market strategies • Collaborate with teams to gather market insights

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in managing products • At least 5 years in leadership role with high performing product management teams • Proven success in managing software solutions from inception to launch • Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle • Experience in managing financial performance and developing business cases • Ability to measure client and user satisfaction through metrics • Ability to engage the market to surface unmet needs • Strong coaching abilities for product managers and owners • Proven ability to facilitate decision making across remote multi-stakeholder teams • Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent understanding of data to measure progress
