• Reporting to the Director, Payment Accuracy • Assisting and leading efforts in payment accuracy • Collaborating for operational excellence • Defining product vision and roadmap • Working with stakeholders and health plans • Developing operational and reporting metrics • Gathering and responding to user feedback
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management preferably in revenue cycle management or payment integrity • Experience creating and executing roadmaps • Experience managing customer expectations • Worked in a matrix organization • Possess technical acumen • Knowledge of modern technology architectures, database technology, and HIPAA regulations • Knowledgeable of Agile processes
