Description

• The Localization Engineer will leverage technical expertise and linguistic knowledge to facilitate seamless localization processes. • The l10n engineer will design and implement technical improvements in localization workflows. • The LE will also be responsible for managing translation resources, monitoring glossaries, translation memories, and machine translation tools.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in localization engineering or a related field • Extensive knowledge of CAT tools (e.g., XTM, SDL Trados, MemoQ) and TMS platforms (XTRF is a must) • Advanced knowledge of machine translation engines • Ability to run simple macros • Ability to write RegEx rules • Ability to write prompts for generative AI • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
