• Axios is hiring a Director, Consumer Insights to decode market trends. • This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Growth. • Market Analysis Mastery: Dive deep into market dynamics. • Data Storytelling: Transform data sets into compelling narratives. • Strategic Insight Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Research Design and Execution: Lead end-to-end research projects. • Cross-functional Partnership: Build strong relationships across the organization. • Innovation Advocacy: Stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer insights, UX research, or related fields (with demonstrated success delivering actionable insights). • Proficient in analyzing complex data sets using statistical methods and data visualization tools. • Ability to connect data insights with business strategy and drive impactful outcomes. • Exceptional storytelling skills with a proven ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences. • Strong team player who thrives in an agile environment and can work effectively across teams and levels of an organization.
