Description

• Responsible for sales growth and team members in Denmark, Norway and Finland. • Accountable for sales revenue in line with targets in the assigned territories. • Participate in strategy planning and interaction with key stakeholders. • Manage project pipeline and pricing within guidelines. • Travel within the Nordics will be considered a natural part of the job.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field • 5+ years of sales and people management experience • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations. • Understand the marketing landscape, account and strategic planning and complex sales negotiation • Highly motivated, proactive and ready to challenge the status quo • High integrity and self-awareness, able to professionally handle conflicts with customers or colleagues • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and follow-through skills • Salesforce knowledge is a plus. • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English, written and spoken
