• Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace. • Responsible for assessing client needs, designing solutions and negotiating with insurance carriers. • Market client business to a variety of insurance carriers. • Analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate outcomes. • Attend company meetings, educational workshops, carrier functions, staff meetings, and networking events when requested.
Requirements
• Texas Property and Casualty license required. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 7+ years’ work-related experience. • Proficient user of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
