• Build and maintain critical BCBS Plan/Client relationships • Provide strategic guidance and solve complex business problems • Influence and direct Plans/Clients to improve operational excellence • Analyze client/Plan performance data for innovative solutions • Plan and execute training that fosters compliance and understanding of the Federal Employee Program
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent years of related experience • 5+ years’ work experience, with in health insurance operations • Advanced experience and understanding of health plans' operational business procedures/processes • Extensive experience with account/relationship management
