Description

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement within Latino and Hispanic communities. • Identify and secure event sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and marketing programs tailored to multicultural audiences. • Shape BeatBox’s tone and messaging to resonate authentically with new audiences while staying true to our brand DNA. • Lead strategies for brand growth in Mexico, Caribbean Islands, and Central America. • Work closely with distribution and retail partners to ensure successful launches and sustained growth in these regions. • Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to conceptualize and launch new products and brands targeting Latino and Hispanic consumers. • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Field Marketing, and Creative, to align multicultural marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA preferred. • Experience in international marketing, particularly in Mexico, the Caribbean, or Central America is a plus. • 7+ years experience in brand management, multicultural marketing, or a related field with a focus on Latino and Hispanic markets. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for multicultural audiences. • Strong Understanding of Latino and Hispanic culture, trends and consumer behavior. • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills • Passion for creativity, innovation, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
