Description

• Support the Recruiting Team in scheduling and coordinating interviews for prospective candidates. • Team up with our People Ops crew to make sure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience by helping coordinate and schedule activities. • Join us in orchestrating the annual performance review process, making sure it goes off without a hitch. • Research and assess potential HR platforms for future implementation and improvement. • Stay up-to-date on the ever-changing world of HR-related state laws and regulations, and whip up documents summarizing the latest changes. • Become our timekeeping guru, managing hourly employee time cards, including their daily clock-ins and outs. • Assist in gathering and documenting references for new hires. • Add your creativity to our events by lending a hand with the documentation and coordination of in-person gatherings. • Keep a close eye on our HR catch-all email account, ensuring we respond promptly and keep everything well-documented.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, People Ops, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Proficiency in Google Suite • Eagerness to learn and take initiative. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. • You’re a team player that can follow and lead as situations dictate
