• Lead operational strategies in BECU’s Member & Digital Experience division. • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with BECU’s goals. • Coach and mentor team members for high performance. • Manage redundancy strategies to ensure operational continuity. • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in marketing. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the member experience. • Keep up-to-date with government regulations and industry requirements. • Manage audits and business continuity planning for the division. • Oversee quality and process integrity in operations. • Communicate operational changes effectively. • Partner with Vendor Management for contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience required. • Minimum three years of people leader experience. • Minimum five years of experience providing operational support for executives and business units. • Advanced degree (desired). • Working knowledge of digital products, marketing functions and channel support (desired). • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies (desired). • Process documentation expertise and ability to maintain division procedural articles (desired). • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Microsoft’s suite of products (desired). • Effective analytical, troubleshooting, triaging, organizational, prioritization and project management skills (desired). • Effective people leadership, time management, delegation, influencing, and negotiation skills (desired).
