• Responsible for improving the website’s taxonomy and navigation • Review product attribution and analyze data to optimize customer’s product discovery • Accountable for all product set-up and attribution accuracy • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and educate on product attribution standards • Troubleshoot application levels • Partner with Taxonomy, Onsite Search, and SEO teams for new navigation points • Alignment of data across customer touchpoints and execution of promotions • Optimize product detail pages including size & fit information and product reviews • Identify online opportunities to increase sales, conversion, and profit performance • Key participant in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) providing insights for online experience
• Previous experience with product attribution • 3 years Retail experience preferred • Functional understanding of retail business processes • Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point). Proficient in Excel • Experience in attribution tools such as Salsify, IBM PIM, etc. • Strong communication Skills – both oral and written • Effective at reporting task status in a cross-functional environment • Must have organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills • Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to meet routinely with individuals at all levels of the organization • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines • Ability to travel as needed (manual travel is required)
