Description

β€’ The Account Executive role will focus on finding and selling net new clients to our brokerage book of business in the East Coast region. β€’ You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging the Bennie lead generation team, our business development partners, and internal and inbound prospects. β€’ You will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with prospects, with our internal consulting team, and a variety of external partners that we work closely with.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of sales experience β€’ Experience in the benefits market and knowledge to be able to speak to large groups on their health benefit programs β€’ Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed) β€’ Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets β€’ Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment β€’ Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed in a work from home environment β€’ Adaptability to new initiatives β€’ CRM Experience
