•We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Analyst with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) and CRM implementation projects. •This opportunity is exclusively available for bilingual applicants currently located in Latin America. •Contractors must use their own computer. •Excellent communication skills, Problem-solving, Adaptability and Proactivity, Follow-through and Accountability, Time management, Collaboration, Attention to detail.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in working with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations is required. •3+ years of experience in data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence Tools •Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva (Veeva network) or a similar CRM system. •3+ years of experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives •Strong experience reading and writing queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL database is required. •Strong organizational skills •Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry. •Advanced written and spoken English (B2 or C1/C2) •Highly preferred: Experience with Python scripting •Experience with Cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift or Snowflake is desired.
