Description

•The Customer Experience Director of Delivery manages and oversees the successful delivery of products and services. •This includes overseeing daily delivery, communication, and quality assurance operations. •The Director also analyzes delivery data and customer feedback to make informed operational and development needs decisions.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Project Management, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. •Seven+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role, with at least five years in a leadership or management position. •Five+ years experience in K-12 tech, professional learning and development, or equivalent professional experience. •Proven ability to develop and execute service delivery strategies. •Deep understanding of facilitation management and process improvement methodologies. •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in the delivery of professional learning and development. •Understanding of K-12 education and unique challenges within the profession.
