Description

• Our mission is to help millions back to good mental health with digital, non-drug options. • Digital therapeutics like SleepioRx and DaylightRx provide treatment anytime, anywhere. • Responsible for leading and managing implementation of solutions for clients. • Lead implementation strategies for employer partners and manage prescription digital treatments with providers. • Requires strategic thinking with a strong track record in project management and team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • Strong leadership skills with a min of 3 years experience in managing and developing teams. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in training healthcare providers on the use and maintenance of digital health and/or medical devices and/or experience working in the regulated health care industry is a plus.
