Join the BioAgilytix team as a Procurement Analyst and play a key role in driving global cost-saving initiatives and optimizing financial performance•Identify opportunities for savings, ensure supplier performance aligns with our standards, and analyze procurement data to forecast and maintain cost efficiencies•Collaborate closely with functional leaders and site buyers•Lead efforts to capture and implement savings opportunities, conduct in-depth supplier spend analyses, and enhance procurement processes•Prepare and present detailed spending reports, participate in supplier business reviews, and shape procurement strategies that support our organizational objectives

Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately•Well organized with ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously; ability to work effectively to meet deadlines•Working experience with NetSuite•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel•Ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations•Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all procurement activities•Effective communication with both internal teams and external suppliers•Strong working knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques (RFP, savings tracking, cost modeling, etc.)
