• BLACKBIRD.AI protects organizations from narrative attacks created by deepfakes, misinformation and disinformation that cause financial and reputational harm. • We are seeking a Partnerships Director to join our Commercial team. • In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that align with Blackbird.AI’s growth strategy. • Your focus will be on driving revenue and enabling product development. • Develop a deep understanding of Blackbird.AI’s product offerings and strategically align them with partner needs. • Leverage your Social Listening/Media Analytics industry expertise to enhance solution selling. • Manage and grow brand risk ecosystem. • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and negotiate agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings. • Stay informed on industry trends and drive new opportunities. • Represent Blackbird.AI at industry events to build brand awareness.
• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS sales, or partnership management in fast-paced, competitive markets. • At least 3 years of experience in social listening and/or media analysis, with the ability to apply insights to enhance partnership strategies. • Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS solutions to senior executives, including heads of Brand, Trust and Safety, Communications, Investor Relations, ESG, Compliance, or Employer Relations. • Deep expertise in Strategic Communications for both public and private sectors, with an understanding of sales processes and business drivers. • Familiarity with the Enterprise Risk space and the unique challenges faced within different market sectors. • Proven track record in building and managing partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and business impact. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with experience negotiating and managing partnership agreements. • Nice to have: • Experience in a B2B startup environment. • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions. • Active or previous security clearances. • Early stage SaaS startup experience a plus
