Description

• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial engagement to onboarding. • Actively engage with candidates to build a robust employer brand and promote BRCC’s culture and values. • Analyze recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate feedback, to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools- LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, etc. • Strong Business Acumen and business knowledge • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
