Description

• Bloomerang combines the best tools, resources, and people to provide a world-class experience for nonprofits. • The Director of Events will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and overall success of events. • This role includes leading a team, overseeing the budget, and generating leads through impactful events.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in event management preferably in technology / software space. • Strong leadership and coaching skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with budgeting and forecasting. • Familiarity with project management software (Asana), Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce). • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time and authorization to travel internationally if needed. • Strong negotiation skills.
