• Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world. • We are a global team united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact. • We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by 2027, if not sooner. • As a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and expand our client’s brand. • In this role, you’ll manage marketing campaigns, promote podcasts, build personal brands, and support administrative and client management tasks. • You’ll also oversee day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and contribute to content creation. • You should also be well-versed in marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. • The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our clients reputation and growth. • You will have a keen analytical mind, a passion for creativity, and a strong desire to make an impact. • We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. • We expect our team to become our ultimate partners in success by always giving 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, dynamic, and authentic. • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, calls, email, calendars and travel. • Book client calls, media and speaking engagements and manage client updates and communications. • Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline daily operations. • Assist in preparing presentations, agendas and marketing materials for meetings. • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and creative content for marketing campaigns, personal brand, including social media profiles, speaking engagements, blog posts, and other marketing assets. • Create and execute content campaigns that drive sales and engagement. • Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Develop Reels, video content, and graphics aligned with the client's brand. • Coordinate and manage podcast appearances, speaking engagements, bookings, travel, and promotion to event organizers. • Repurpose podcast episodes, blog content, and video clips across platforms. • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and content. • Track and report on marketing metrics and performance (i.e. open rates, click-through rates, list growth). • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and task assignments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives while adhering to deadlines. • Tracking all marketing efforts through relevant tools and social media analytics. • Generate monthly reports on marketing performance, project status, and brand growth metrics. • Leverage data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, inform strategy adjustments and identify new marketing opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr • A creative thinker with the ability to approach tasks with innovative ideas, especially when repurposing content or brainstorming marketing materials. • Have exceptional attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of all work. • Passionate about the client experience. • Have a go-getter attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. • Strategic and analytical thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, and create a stronger brand. • Have 2-5 years in a marketing specialist role, with experience in content creation and digital marketing, with a strong focus on using data and technology to drive campaign success and support sales goals. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proficiency in editing software (e.g. Canva), content writing and basic video and podcast editing and recording (e.g. Descript and Squadcast). • Experience with tools and platforms such as ClickUp, Dropbox, Outlook, iCal, Calendly, Kit, WhatsApp, Thrivecart, Squarespace, Slack and Zoom. • Experience with managing social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. • Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with clients and team members professionally. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
