• Develop new business opportunities: actively acquire customers using a database, advise gastronomy businesses on our products and sustainable services, and maintain long-term customer relationships • Implement and refine sales strategies: together with management, you are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets • Actively advise customers: based on product training, present our products and services to potential customers and support contract negotiations. In close cooperation with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development and Customer Support, you offer tailored solutions based on specific customer requirements • Digital sales support: benefit from modern CRM solutions that provide an efficient and structured overview of your sales activities. The availability of detailed reports enables you to make informed decisions, optimize your sales portfolio and proactively respond to trends
• First experience in sales, promotion or field sales is a strong plus • You have a basic understanding of the gastronomy and hotel industry and can empathize with the challenges faced by restaurateurs • You share a commitment to continual development and appreciate a dynamic work environment that requires quick adaptation to changing conditions • You want to grow with a company and have the ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies • You feel comfortable in field sales and enjoy visiting customers on site
