• Booksy connects beauty, wellness and health professionals with local customers, powering millions of appointments annually. • Join a team of 800+ around the world building the fastest growing appointments marketplace. • Make a direct impact every day helping our providers grow their businesses. • We are seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor to join our customer success team. • Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with Booksy business clients and conducting online onboarding sessions regarding Booksy Biz application and its features.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/contact center in an outbound environment. • Knowledge of English language (nice to have). • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, web browsers, and MS Office/GSuite. • Ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Goal-oriented mindset. • Knowledge of and ability to apply communication and persuasion techniques. • Strong writing skills and a good command of the Polish language. • Quick learning ability. • Stress resilience. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • Quick adaptation to new situations. • Ability to work well in a team and willingness to collaborate.
