Requirements

• Person with networking background (WAN) but mainly IT experience on • (a) Service Now: Service Bridge, GCM, Ticketing • (b) API frameworks & Webhooks including API gateways, pass through URLs, IDP, SAML integration, Customer Dashboards and portals • Person needs to be process oriented and a good team player.
