Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or related field desirable. •3 to 5 years’ footwear and apparel sales experience. •Specialty retail (running) experience of at least one year required. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and business English. •Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. •Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another. •Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary. •70% travel is required. •General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Ability to listen and understand customer needs. •Ability to provide analysis and feedback on sell through both to Brooks’ corporate and accounts.
