Description

• Manage strategic and tactical procurement activities for various categories of spend. • Interface with functional groups such as Operations, IT, Marketing, HR, and Finance. • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and supplier reliability. • Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Support organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in procurement operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Minimum of 12 – 15 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management with at least 3 – 5 years in a management role. • Proven experience in managing large-scale procurement activities and supplier relationships. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience negotiating with and managing supply relationships with vendors in the technology industry; including an understanding of contract law in the technology industry. • Establishing appropriate procure-to-pay policies, processes and procedures.
