Description

• This role is hands-on, responsible for implementing accounting processes and systems for clients. • You will help bridge legacy accounting with new blockchain-based ecosystems. • You'll manage client needs with senior finance help across various startups. • The role involves facilitating client meetings and overseeing financial closes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or something similar, and over 5 years of progressive experience. • CPA or CMA is a bonus. • You are naturally curious and a problem-solver. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for working with rapidly growing startups. • You are a communicator at your core; customer or client service experience is a plus. • You lead with integrity in all that you say and do. • You take an acutely accurate approach to your work requiring analytical thinking. • You are an expert collaborator; you ask for and give feedback regularly. • Knowledge of GAAP is essential. • Familiarity with crypto's financial, regulatory & tax landscape. • Experience working with crypto exchanges and wallets.
