Description

• Conduct forensic collections of digital evidence and perform analysis using industry standard best practices and approved software and hardware • Preserve and analyze data from electronic data sources and systems including laptop and desktop computers, servers, mobile devices, cloud services, etc • Examine firewall, web, database, and other log sources to identify evidence and artifacts of malicious and compromised activity • Collect and analyze forensic images and triage datasets to identify the presence of malware • Collect and analyze endpoint and/or network data for evaluation of unauthorized access and/or data ex-filtration • Prepare in-depth investigation reports for management review • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or other related field • 5+ years experience in a related role • One or more Industry standard forensic certifications such as: EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), or EC-Council, ISACA, (ISC)2, & GIAC related forensic certifications. • Ability to collaborate with others and document situations • Desire to learn new tools • Possibility of infrequent traveling
