Description

β€’ Responsible for the sales and distribution growth of the Monster Brewing portfolio β€’ Ensures development and execution of a strategic sales plan β€’ Provides day to day management, training, and accountability of all Monster Brewing sales reps β€’ Maintains distributor management and communication β€’ Ultimately responsible for distributor inventory management β€’ Responsible for chain account management in key call points β€’ Works closely with other Monster Brewing Regional Sales Directors β€’ Maintains regular and frequent communication with the Field Sales Director β€’ Collaborates on the development and execution of the Annual Business plan β€’ Manages T&E budget within the defined region β€’ Works with marketing team in development of marketing programs β€’ Tracks and executes volume vs. plan, as well as pricing strategy β€’ Remains in consistent communication with chain managers β€’ Develops distributor level strategies for new brand introductions β€’ Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Requirements

β€’ Knowledge of the 3-tier system β€’ Knowledge of the craft beer and the beer industry β€’ Knowledge of VIP, Armadillo, Lilypad and Microsoft Office β€’ Knowledge of business/beer math β€’ Skill in multi-tasking and being a self-starter β€’ Skill in attention to detail β€’ Skill in reliability and consistent, strong work ethic β€’ Skill in verbal and written communication β€’ Ability to pre-plan on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis β€’ Ability to demonstrate a strong desire to grow professionally with the company β€’ Leadership abilities required β€’ Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance β€’ Required to frequently lift and move 10 - 40 pounds β€’ Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls
