Description
• Responsible for improving the quality and validity of AP Environmental Science assessments • Author and revise assessment content and train educators • Lead the development and management of assessment content • Conduct meetings with Test Development Committee and facilitate scoring at AP Reading • Collaborate on initiatives to refine exam design and question task models
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Earth Science, or a related discipline (required) • Knowledge of current trends in the discipline (required) • Experience in standardized assessment development (required) • Experience with digital assessment (preferred) • Teaching experience (preferred) • Strong organizational and planning skills • Attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and browser-based tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year and for additional AP Reading event
