• Come as you are • Everyone is welcome here. • Diversity & Inclusion are at our core. • Your opportunity • This is a role that demands a high level of consistency and a genuine passion to work on servers and networking hardware. • Working in a team of skilled engineers, this role is responsible for replacement, installation and documentation of the systems that ensure our operation and customers run 24/7/365. • Our operation runs mainly in Datacentres around Amsterdam and Rotterdam. • The systems we support have to be highly reliable, highly scalable and take full advantage of our platform and global reach. • What your day will look like • Part-of the Datacenter team installing and maintaining all equipment in the datacentres to provide our customers with the best service. • Providing support and remote hands on these systems for your colleagues. • Installation and replacing of hardware (components) in our Datacenter locations. • Install and test cabling. • Configure remote access and install firmware upgrades. • Documentation of all systems in the existing tools (web based). • Available for on-call shifts outside of office hours.

Requirements

• Driver license • A problem solver • Basic knowledge of servers, power and networking equipment • Ability to replace hardware components in servers and switches • Cable management and installation within racks • Desire to expand technical skills • Keen documenter and contributor to the Team.blue’s continuous improvement • Good written and spoken English • CDCP and Linux OS knowledge are a plus • BHV or EHBO certification is a plus
