Description

• Support retention and growth in Middle Market customer segment • Work closely with Customer Success Managers on expansion and renewal opportunities • Analyze customer data to identify trends, forecast renewal rates, and provide actionable insights • Coach and develop CSM IIIs to build their relationship strategy and sales skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of professional experience working closely with external customers and partners in a quota-carrying sales role • Track record of 3+ years exceeding quota • 2+ years in a team lead or people leader role with demonstrated success in coaching to performance • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, including sales analytics, and identification and management of expansion opportunities across existing accounts
