Description

• Collaborate in developing and executing a comprehensive client acquisition and growth plan. • Identify and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, in alignment with company goals and evolving market opportunities. • Enhance and expand relationships with current clients, aiming to increase project work and broaden service mandates. • Explore and develop opportunities for growth in both existing and new geographic markets. • Deploy effective business development tactics to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients and referral sources. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to drive business development efforts. • Convert qualified leads into new client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to paying client. • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. • Engage with the senior management team to contribute to overall firm growth and strategic planning. • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and support company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and client management, preferably in the insulation or construction industry. • Strong understanding of commercial and residential markets. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition and retention. • Experience in generating and converting leads into successful business relationships. • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively within a senior management team. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
