Description

• Oversee Cart.com’s tax compliance, reporting, and audit readiness. • Prepare and review tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and SEC reporting requirements. • Manage global and U.S. tax provisions for 10-Q and 10-K filings. • Analyze and consolidate the annual effective tax rate. • Implement and improve sales tax processes and procedures, including software implementation and revenue analysis. • Monitor U.S. and international tax regulations to ensure compliance. • Manage and review federal and state tax compliance. • Support and lead tax audits, including readiness and documentation for federal and state audits. • Assist with tax reporting and consolidation for future SEC filings. • Provide guidance on complex tax issues such as Sec 174, R&D credits, Sec 163J, FIN18, and APB23.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tax provision, ASC 740, and SEC reporting. • Extensive experience with tax compliance and audits. • Proven track record of managing tax processes for companies with over $1 billion in revenue. • Hands-on expertise in sales tax filings and multi-state tax compliance. • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tax and accounting software systems.
