Description

• Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our systems • Focus on Cavulus Medicare Advantage acquisition systems • Isolate, reproduce, log and track bugs or defects • Perform unscripted testing as needed • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Perform remediation tests of bugs and defects • Work with product managers, developers and business analysts to understand requirements • Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Execute test plans and test cases manually or via automated testing • Writing automated tests in Cypress App or similar • Assist with troubleshooting issues and determining the root cause • Participate in the final go/no-go decision prior to deploying code to production • Identify changes for continuous improvement of SQA testing processes and procedures • Required to take on additional responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Higher • Quality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex. Certified Software Quality Assurance Analyst [CSQA], Certified Associate in Software Testing [CAST], etc.) • Experience with Cypress App a plus • Experience testing SaaS and/or Web-based application is a plus • Experience with system testing methodologies and the system or software development life cycle (SDLC) • Experience in test automation framework design and developing and executing automated test suites • Familiarity with data store concepts as well as Electronic Data Interface testing methodologies • Ability to be a team player and drive collaborative efforts to improve product quality • Possession of excellent organizational skills • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills • Possession of excellent documentation skills • Possession of excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote working environment with limited oversight
