• Competitive Capabilities International (CCI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage client projects focused on continuous improvement methodologies. • Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance operational performance and drive transformational change within client organizations. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client goals. • This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong background in project management, and effective communication at all levels. • As a key contributor to client success, the Project Manager will significantly impact the performance and efficiency of various processes. • Remote position, allowing collaboration with international teams while managing project deliverables efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in consulting or operational excellence environments • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Visio) • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams through change successfully • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TRACC is highly desirable • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus • Willingness to travel as necessary to client sites (up to 80% travel may be required)
