Description

• Oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations and case management • Establish and maintain operational strategic vision for specialty operations • Partner with stakeholders to establish strategic visions and operational objectives • Monitor and report achievement of action plans to senior management • Direct development and implementation of operational work processes and systems • Accountable for budget, revenue targets, and Profit & Loss • Lead new business implementation and procurement activities • Evaluate program opportunities for effectiveness and ROI • Perform duties as senior liaison between business unit and external stakeholders • Oversee discovery and due diligence for potential liabilities and control weaknesses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field • Master’s degree or PharmD preferred • 9 + years of operations, management, or administration in the Healthcare or Insurance industry • Experience in business development and/or Request for Proposal (RFP) preferred
