📋 Description

• As our Salesforce Developer, you’ll be one of the masterminds behind the technology that powers our customer experience. • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers. • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions. • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs. • Develop and deploy Salesforce automation solutions, including validation rules, approval processes, and flows. • Implement Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing. • Manage and maintain managed packages and third-party integrations to optimize system performance and scalability. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Apex triggers. • Strong understanding of API integrations, RESTful and SOAP services, Mulesoft and middleware platforms. • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing. • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and customization. • Experience with all automation tools used in Salesforce. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.) preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
